Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We offer domestic and international shipping. Domestic delivery is available across Lebanon via our courier partners. We also ship to most countries worldwide — contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item size, and weight. For international orders, customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (Lebanon): 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and destination). Additional time may apply during holidays.

4. Delivery Attempts (Domestic Only)

We offer up to two delivery attempts for local orders. A third delivery attempt will be charged at 70% of the original delivery fee.

5. Return During Delivery

If an order is refused or returned at the time of delivery, 50% of the delivery fee will still be charged to cover logistics and handling.

6. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

7. Packaging

All items — especially artworks — are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

8. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, courier issues, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
